Gmail Hub Modernizing for 3B Users As Gmail integrated Chat and Meet to become the central communication hub of Google Workspace, its interface remained weighed down by a decade of design debt. To align with the modern Google ecosystem, we launched a comprehensive Material You redesign, all without disrupting core user workflows. The refresh successfully modernized the platform, achieving a 65% overall CSAT and a 70% positive rating for the new visual direction.
